Once referred to Lauderdale by you or your Doctor/Hospital, our trained co-ordinator will assess your needs (in hospital or after discharge as required), recommend a plan of care, and discuss it with you, your family and Doctor.  Our large compliment of nurses with different disciplines allow us, as your needs change, to adjust our services accordingly- so you never pay for more care than is necessary.  Regular follow up by our visiting Sister ensures that your care is continually supervised and updated as required. 

Lauderdale offers a complete service by arranging auxiliary services for you if requested,  Home Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Equipment Hire,   Intravenous Therapy and other Support Services can easily be co-ordinated for you.
